Leadership Montgomery County Announces the LMC Class of 2026

CONROE, TX -- Leadership Montgomery County (LMC) is pleased to announce the LMC Class of 2026.

"We are excited to welcome 48 business and community leaders as they begin a transformative nine-month journey of leadership development," said LMC President & CEO Sarah Rhea. " Throughout the program, participants will gain a behind-the-scenes look at our county, deepen their understanding of key issues, and build lasting connections with one another and with other local leaders—all with the shared goal of making a meaningful impact in our community."

The class will learn about leadership, education, government, healthcare, economic development, public safety, infrastructure, and how to best serve their community through monthly sessions. They will also work in four teams of 12 to collaborate with four local nonprofits, giving back and making a difference in the lives of others.
